Building in Buckhead

Start with the property

In-town lots often come with tighter dimensions, mature trees and close neighbors, which makes careful site planning and early coordination with the City of Atlanta especially important. We address those questions at the start, not mid-construction.

Why GCG

One accountable team

GCG designs the homes it builds. Design and construction are brought together under one accountable team that coordinates architectural planning, 3D visualization, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and construction from the beginning. This integrated approach gives clients clearer expectations, better-informed decisions, and greater control over the finished home.

Unlike high-volume builders, GCG intentionally limits the number of custom homes it accepts, which allows for personal oversight, transparent communication, careful craftsmanship, and hands-on attention throughout the entire process.
