Building in Alpharetta

Start with the property

Before design starts, we look at the property itself (its slope, trees, drainage and setbacks) and at the City of Alpharetta’s permitting requirements, so the plan you fall in love with is one that can be built.

Why GCG

One accountable team

GCG designs the homes it builds. Design and construction are brought together under one accountable team that coordinates architectural planning, 3D visualization, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and construction from the beginning. This integrated approach gives clients clearer expectations, better-informed decisions, and greater control over the finished home.

Unlike high-volume builders, GCG intentionally limits the number of custom homes it accepts, which allows for personal oversight, transparent communication, careful craftsmanship, and hands-on attention throughout the entire process.
