Design to build

From drawing to finished home

Every GCG home starts as a drawing made in-house. We turn that drawing into a 3D rendering so you can see the home before construction begins, and then we build it. Here is Skylane Residence at each step.

The home

Skylane Residence combines timeless materials with a bright, open layout designed for comfortable everyday living. Large black-framed windows connect the interior to the wooded setting, while carefully selected finishes give each room its own character.

The vaulted great room is anchored by a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. In the adjoining kitchen, white custom cabinetry is balanced by a stained wood island, brass pendant lighting and generous workspace for cooking and gathering.

The primary bathroom continues the warm, refined design with marble surfaces, a natural wood vanity, brass fixtures and a spacious glass shower. Outside, a covered stone patio creates a comfortable transition from the home to the surrounding lawn and trees.
