Design to build

From drawing to finished home

Every GCG home starts as a drawing made in-house. We turn that drawing into a 3D rendering so you can see the home before construction begins, and then we build it. Here is Brookcliff at each step.

The home

Brookcliff is a light-filled custom home that pairs modern farmhouse character with spaces designed for gathering and enjoying the outdoors.

The white exterior is defined by a welcoming cedar-post porch, slate flooring and double wood entry doors. Inside, the kitchen features white cabinetry, a natural wood island, a coordinating wood range hood and a built-in window seat.

A two-story great room brings in abundant natural light through a striking arrangement of windows, including triangular clerestory windows. Glass doors extend the living space to the covered porch, while raised rear decks and a covered terrace take advantage of the wooded setting.
