Building in Kennesaw

Start with the property

Depending on where a property sits, plans are reviewed by the City of Kennesaw or by Cobb County. We confirm that at the start and plan around the lot’s slope, drainage and setbacks before design is finalized.

Why GCG

One accountable team

GCG designs the homes it builds. Design and construction are brought together under one accountable team that coordinates architectural planning, 3D visualization, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and construction from the beginning. This integrated approach gives clients clearer expectations, better-informed decisions, and greater control over the finished home.

Unlike high-volume builders, GCG intentionally limits the number of custom homes it accepts, which allows for personal oversight, transparent communication, careful craftsmanship, and hands-on attention throughout the entire process.
