Old Orchard | Contemporary Custom Home in Marietta, GA

Old Orchard · Video tour0:30

The home

Old Orchard presents a contemporary approach to custom home design, with architectural details that emphasize natural light, clean lines and a strong connection to the surrounding trees.

A floating wood staircase with a glass railing creates a memorable focal point upon entering the home. The main living area features a two-story wall of windows and a tiled fireplace, bringing both scale and warmth to the room.

The primary suite opens to a private balcony. Its spa-inspired bathroom includes a freestanding soaking tub, a stone feature wall, glass vessel sinks and carefully coordinated finishes.
